Week 1 Recipe: Magic Mineral Broth

This has become a classic nourishing backdrop for many Shakti folks. From the warm, sweet scent it gives off while it’s cooking to the way we feel when we drink it, (like we sometimes can’t get enough), it’s become a go-to for overall, year-round nutritive, yin-building support. We love to make a big batch in the crock pot, straining off a cup or two at a time to drink and just adding more water to it for at least a couple days.

Week 1: Reflections & Commitments

Clarify and activate your heart's intention with these journaling and tiny change practices.
